Made from Padkare’s signature raffia fabric, this T-shirt is soft to the touch and comfortable to wear.


《Raffia & MVS Jersey Fabric》
The unique vintage look is created by the natural irregularities of the raffia yarn produced by Taisho Spinning Co., Ltd. The fabric is treated to minimize fuzz and prevent the material from clinging.
Raffia is made by reusing cotton that is trimmed away during the production of loomed cotton yarn. It contains many short fibers, which naturally create irregularities in the yarn.
This material is knitted from VORTEX yarn, created using a new spinning method, and finished with a smooth texture.
The characteristics of VORTEX yarn include reduced fuzz, less pilling, clean prints, excellent washability, and high moisture absorption and dispersion due to its ability to absorb water easily.
To enhance the nuanced colors and fabric texture, the white color is garment-washed, while the other colors are overdyed (reactive dyeing) in the finished product.
