《Raffi & MVS Jersey Fabric》
This fabric is made from Taisho Spinning Co., Ltd.’s Raffi yarn, which has a distinctive vintage look created by natural variations in the yarn. The yarn’s fuzz is minimized to prevent the fabric from clinging to itself.
Raffi is made by reusing cotton that is trimmed away during the production of “rakumomen” yarn. It contains many short fibers, which naturally create variations in the yarn.
The fabric is knitted from VORTEX yarn, created using a new spinning method, and finished with a smooth texture.
VORTEX yarn features include reduced fuzz, fewer pills, crisp prints, excellent washability, and enhanced moisture absorption and dispersion due to its high water-absorbency.
